HVAC Service & Sales Lead Technician

Kauffman Gas is hiring a Lead Service & Sales Technician to help grow our HVAC department! This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional to help shape the future of Kauffman Gas for our family-owned business.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5 Years of Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential HVAC systems
•  EPA 608 Certification (required)
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• NATE Certification (preferred)
• Prior experience leading other service technicians in the field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Service Technician & Bulk Driver

Job Duties

• Positive attitude
• Install propane tanks and equipment
• Diagnose and repair propane appliances and propane systems
• May be required to lift heavy equipment and propane tanks safely
• Operate commercial vehicles safely
• Assist in the retail delivery of propane to residential and commercial customers
• HVAC installation experience is a plus

Education and Experience:

• Compensation will be based on experience
